According to the Regulations Regarding the Management of International Students’ Apartments at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, international students registered at our school must, in principle, reside in our international student apartments. International students who need to stay off campus should apply to the College of Overseas Education and, after obtaining approval, should rent and live near the school. According to Article 39 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, international students staying off campus shall register with the public security organs in their place of residence within 24 hours after check-in.
Article 1: International students may apply for off campus accommodation if they meet one of the following conditions:
1. Apply to stay with relatives or guardians in this city.
2. Due to accompanying family members or personal reasons, it is not suitable to have collective life.
3. Prior to applying to study at our school, I had already lived in Nanjing for at least half a year or in other cities in China for at least one year.
4. Have studied at our school for at least one year, with good academic performance (undergraduate students with a cumulative GPA of over 2.8, graduate students with an average cumulative score of over 80, calculated based on the previous academic year's grades), an attendance rate of over 80% (calculated based on the attendance rate of the previous academic year), and no warning or disciplinary action.
5. Other special circumstances.
Article 2: The process for international students to apply for off campus accommodation is as follows:
1. International students who meet the conditions and indeed require off campus accommodation must apply to the College of Overseas Education between September 1st and September 20th each year.
2. International students are required to submit the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications Foreign Student Off-campus Accommodation Application Form to the College of Overseas Education.
3. After being approved by the College of Overseas Education, international students can find their own housing. The leased property must have complete documents, and the landlord must be the owner of the property on the property certificate.
4. International students must bring their passport, residence permit, rental contract and other materials to the local police station for registration within 24 hours of staying outside the campus.
5. International students who have been approved for off campus accommodation should complete the check-out procedures for their on-campus dormitory before the last working day of the month after receiving the notice of approval for off campus accommodation. They should also bring the Temporary Accommodation Registration Form stamped and confirmed by the police station, a copy of their passport homepage, a copy of their residence permit or visa, and a commitment letter for off campus accommodation to the College of Overseas Education for registration.
6. International students who rent private housing must submit a copy of their property ownership certificate, original rental contract, copy of the landlord's ID card and contact number, as well as the property management contact information of the residential area where the rental is located, to the Overseas Education Institute.
7. International students who rent hotels or apartments must submit proof of accommodation period issued by the property management department of the hotels or apartments to the Overseas Education Institute.
8. International students who reside with their relatives or purchase their own homes must provide the Overseas Education Institute with relevant information about the guarantor (name, address, relationship with the guarantor, and valid documents), a signed commitment letter from the guarantor (promising to agree to the guarantor's accommodation and be willing to bear corresponding legal responsibilities), and a copy of the guarantor's or international student's own property ownership certificate.
Article 3: The management regulations for international students staying off campus are as follows:
1. International students who change their off campus address must report to the College of Overseas Education in advance and complete the above registration and procedures again.
2. During off-campus accommodation, international students should comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, respect customs and social ethics.
3. International students residing outside of school should actively cooperate with safety inspections and should not unreasonably obstruct or refuse inspections.
4. International students who reside outside of campus should immediately report to the public security department and relevant personnel of the College of Overseas Education in case of emergencies. Any disputes, personal and property safety issues arising from international students residing outside of school shall be the responsibility of the international students themselves, and the school shall not assume any responsibility.

根据《威廉希尔足球官网国际员工公寓管理办法》，在公司注册的国际员工，原则上须在公司国际员工公寓居住。确需在校外住宿的国际员工应向威廉希尔足球官网提出申请，获得批准后应在学校附近租住。根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第三十九条，校外住宿的国际员工应当在入住后24小时内向居住地的公安机关办理登记。
第一条国际员工如有符合以下情况之一者，可申请校外住宿：
1.申请住宿在本市的亲属或监护人家中。
2.因偕行家属或自身身体原因，不适宜集体生活。
3.在申请就读公司之前就已经在南京生活满半年、或者在中国其它城市生活满一年。
4.在公司就读满一年、学习成绩良好（本科生累计绩点超过2.8，研究生累计平均分超过80分，以上一学年的成绩计算）、出勤率超过80%（以上一学年的到课率计算）、且无任何警告和处分。
5.其他特殊情况。
第二条国际员工申请校外住宿的办理流程如下：
1.符合条件且确需校外住宿的国际员工须在每年9月1日至9月20日之间向威廉希尔足球官网提出申请。
2.国际员工须向威廉希尔足球官网提交《威廉希尔足球官网外国职工校外住宿申请表》。
3.经威廉希尔足球官网审核同意后，国际员工可自行寻找住房。所租赁房屋必须证件齐全，房东须为房产证上的房屋所有者。
4.国际员工入住校外住宿24小时内，须携带护照、居留许可、房屋租赁合同等材料，到租房所辖派出所办理住宿登记。
5.已获批校外住宿的国际员工，应在接到同意校外住宿的通知后当月最后1个工作日前办理校内国际员工公寓退宿手续，并持经派出所盖章确认的《境外人员临时住宿登记表》、护照首页复印件和居留许可或签证复印件、校外住宿承诺书等材料到威廉希尔足球官网办理登记备案。
6.租赁私人住房的国际员工，须向威廉希尔足球官网提交房屋产权证复印件、租赁合同原件、房东身份证复印件及联系电话、租房所在小区物管联系方式。
7.租住宾馆、租赁公寓房的国际员工，须向威廉希尔足球官网提交宾馆、所租赁的公寓房物业部门出具的有关住宿期限证明。
8.借住亲属处或居住在自行购买房屋的国际员工，须向威廉希尔足球官网提供担保人（借住亲属）的有关情况（姓名、住址、与被担保人的关系及有效证件）、担保人签字的承诺书（承诺同意被担保人住宿其处，愿意承担相应的法律责任）、担保人或国际员工本人的房屋产权证复印件。
第三条 校外住宿国际员工的管理规定如下：
1.国际员工如变更校外住址，须提前向威廉希尔足球官网报告，并重新履行上述登记备案的申请手续。
2.校外住宿期间，国际员工应遵守中华人民共和国的相关法律法规，尊重风俗习惯和社会公德。
3.校外住宿的国际员工对于安全查访应予以积极配合，不得无理阻拦或拒绝查访。
4.校外住宿的国际员工如发生突发情况，应立即报告公安部门和威廉希尔足球官网有关人员，并配合进行处理。校外住宿的国际员工在校外所发生的纠纷、人身及财产安全等问题，应由国际员工本人负责，学校不承担任何责任。
